I'm going to start becoming more involved in this Topic, seeing as I am one of the people in the world who is battling their weight. But, I am determined to win! I have already overcame so many obstacles and came so much farther than I had ever dreamed! So yea, I am VERY proud of myself.

One key factor is exercise. I don't care what anyone says, EXERCISE! It is very important. Since my move,  I have no been exercising as I should be. So, I have to get my butt back into my routine. And I will. Because I want changes, I have gotten changes, but I intend to have more.

You can use my exercise routine. I run every morning to the lake and back.. that's a total of seven miles and I do it again in the evening. I also use my Total Gym for 45 minutes in the evening, my AB Lounger for 30 minutes in the morning. I also try to jump rope with the kids I work with before we sit down to work on their school work... just make sure you drink plenty of fluids and if you find yourself getting tired, TAKE A BREAK!
