It's nice to be first. Well back all the way up til about my senior Year in High School I was Fat. My max was about 275, I think. Short version I was "recruited" by my schools wrestling team and dropped alot of weight. By the end of my season I was about 195 lbs (thank you, Jenny Craig!), just barely eligible for the weight class I started in which was the biggest one. All this was about 4 years ago, now around 210 to 215, which is most of it is muscle and in my . Thats pretty much my story on how I lost my weight. Ight thats all I got, peace.
