Greetings All,

The Tides

the tides are changing
rolling in
the wind is shifting
once again

it twists and turns
bleeds and aches
no one can escape their fate

the waves are crashing
on the shore
the portal to the demons lure

it whispers to you
in its separate skin
becomes translucent
and pulls you in

and all you ever hoped to be
now smashed and shattered
by the sea

Disillusioned

Daggers rain like sharpened hail
until I am cut off from myself
With a detached air
I roam through the etherial

Why cant I feel anything?
What is this that I have become?

Phantom shadows enter my life
with sacarine promises
let me show you the way
we will not lead you astray

I don't hear them
I don't see them
I don't feel them

Like I wraith I wander though the days
Trying to find my way
searching for what cannot be found.

I am the wind
that whispers in your ear
I am the one
who pulls you near

I am a dark entropys alarm
I am the sunlight
that breaks through the dawn

I am an enigma
just out of reach
I am the one
that you beseech

I am the sun, the moon and the stars
the light you gaze upon from afar
I am the tears that stain your face
yet cradles you in a warm embrace

I am the darkness
where you hide your sins
I am
who you are within
