Pouring rain, a night of pain    
The sound of footsteps
A thudding heartbeat
Gunshot sounds
Flash of pain
Pounding rain
Darkness fills my eyes

On my knees, Memory flees
darkness wares, silences dares
Cold and empty
Lost and lonely
Confusion fills me

I gaze upon you, See the sorrow
Pain so raw, the tears that fall
Heart breaks, ground shakes
Tears flood the streets

Dreams were shared, secrets bared
Fears once fled, tears now bled
Once connected, now neglected
Hearts ripped apart.

I don't know how to put this except this is wonderful, beautiful and I can feel the saddness at the same time.
