Here are a couple of need-to-knows before deciding to Join. We are thrilled that you are considering joining "Supporting Soldiers & More." We welcome ALL new Members, whether you are Military or Not. If you decide that you like our Board and want to join, PLEASE POST AN INTRODUCTION.
If you join, it is REQUIRED that you post an Intro within 7 days of joining (It only takes a minute).
There are a lot of new Members and not many have posted an Intro. This will also give the rest of our Members a chance to get to know more about you. All you have to do is go down to "Members Section" and "Introduce Yourself Here"
Also, you MUST BE 18 years of age to join. I do apologize to everyone who is under 18 and thinking of joining. But unfortunately, those are the rules. So when you Register or post on this forum, you are agreeing that you ARE at least 18 years of age.
Now, not all of our Members go through Profiles and some of our Soldiers are extremely Limited on Internet time and cannot go through all the Member Profile's. This is the reason I've added the Intro forum. It is much easier for them. I would ask also, that you make at least 1 post every 60 days. I do understand though that life sometimes gets in the way. We want our Members active and getting to know one another. Who knows, you may make some great friends here.
But if you are looking for pen pals on the Board, then you have to post something in order to get one, they don't know you're looking for a Pen Pal, unless you post it somewhere. ~ Pen Pals section for Pen Pal posts ~ If you are here looking for a Military Pen Pal, then once you register be sure to post in the "Pen Pal" section on the Board. I added that section specifically for that purpose. It may make things a wee bit easier and maybe faster for everyone. You must become a Member in order to access the Pen Pal section on the Board. Especially when our Soldiers are browsing through the Board they go into the Pen Pal section.
If you're not interested in joining the Board and are looking for a pen pal, just go to the web site and submit the pen pal form.
